On the second floor, there are three bedrooms. On the third floor is the fourth bedroom with a large closet or bonus room. Tenant pays all utilities except for sewer and trash, removes the snow and maintains the yard. Close to downtown shop, restaurants, and transportation. Maximum of eight people to live in the property. Landlord requires good credit and the financial ability to support the property. There is no application fee, but there is a credit/background check fee of $50 and is required per person, age 18 and up, if the application is approved. Renter’s insurance is required.
